9.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action regarding funding for the 2026 Viva Aztlan Festival pursuant to Section 74.601 et seq. of the Texas Property Code. The funds, as defined in the Texas Local Government Code Section 381.044, will be used to promote the arts in our community.

10.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action regarding the 2026 4th on Broadway funding request pursuant to Section 74.601 et seq. of the Texas Property Code. The funds, as defined in the Texas Local Government Code Section 381.004, will be used to promote the arts in our community.

11.00 Presentation and discussion on behalf of Ronnie Keister, Tax Assessor-Collector, regarding the Venue and Short-Term Rental Tax Collections.

12.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign a Tailored Fee Schedule, Application, Certificate of Buyer of Taxable Fuel for use by a State or Nonprofit Educational Organization, and any other documents relating to the implementation of a fuel card program with WEX, Inc.

13.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to approve the transfer of surplus property per Local Government Code §262.011(j).

14.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to approve the disposal of salvage property per Local Government Code §263.152(c).

15.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign a Memorandum of Understanding between The Betty M. Condra School for Education Innovation and Lubbock County to address truancy cases.

16.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign a Client Services Agreement, Statement of Work, and Business Associate Agreement with Marsh & McLennan Agency, LLC for employee benefit management services.

17.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to approve the enrollment of Lubbock County employees in the Texas Association of Counties Certified Cyber Security Training Course and appoint Technology Director, Isaac Badu as the Course Administrator for the fulfillment of HB 3834.

18.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to approve the installation of speed limit signs on County Road 7600 (Woodrow Road) from FM 179 eastward to the segment of CR 7600.

19.00 Discuss, consider and/or take action to accept a road donation from Steve Calhoun to make road improvements at intersection of N CR 3200 to 50' East of N CR 3200 intersection in compliance with Section 252.109 of the Texas Transportation Code.
